• Subtitled: An Up-to-date Handbook containing Recipes for All Drinks Used in Modern Bars with Instructions How to Mix Them in Single Drinks and in Bulk for Bottling
• Includes recipes for Tom Collins, Knickerbocker, Golden Slipper & hundreds more
• This is likely a pirated copy – the original 1904 edition has basically the same recipes etc., but slightly reworded & reformatted
• Isaac & Moses Ottenheimer established their publishing house in 1890 as teenagers. They became known for publishing joke books [where they would get an employee to sit in on comedians & write down the best-received jokes!] & pirated popular works by Arthur Conan Doyle, Dickens & others. One of the advertisements at rear is for Wilde’s Salome – undoubtedly without permission
