Please understand, we are an owner-operated microbusiness with a human-scale ethos. As a customer, the benefit to you is that you will always be dealing with a fellow human being and we are always happy to discuss your specific needs [including arranging to be open outside these hours]. The downside is that we are human and cannot sustain a 7-day working week… swings & roundabouts
