• With 16 wonderful colour illustrations by A[lfred]. E[dward]. Jackson on plates pasted to grey tipped-in card plus numerous line drawings
• Jackson’s illustrations first appeared in the Henry Frowde publication of 1915 – although the publishers differ, it is interesting to note that Humphrey Milford succeeded Henry Frowde as official publisher at Oxford University Press in 1913, so the two were likely collaborative in this project
• Illustrated Edition [Humphrey Milford*, London, 1919]; 200 pages; blue-grey cloth, gold illustration & titling to front board & spine, a little rubbed, bumped at extremities, dark topstain with blotch mark, illustrated endpapers, a very good copy

*Williams, Maden & Green denote this edition as being reprint published by Frowde [307] of their 1915 original, with Milford not appearing until 1920 in a lesser Strang’s Library edition containing only the colour frontispiece [311]
