• The Vichy Line can clearly be seen dividing France [this was created in 1940 then erased in late 1942 when Germany completed its occupation, which dates this map accurately to 1941-2]
• AMP continues to operate today under the name Ampol – Australia’s largest petroleum retailer
• World Map [Australian Motorists Petrol Co Ltd, Sydney, 1942]; 1m x 85cm; folded map on paper stock, pinholes in corners, some pen verso, edges rubbed with small chips & tears, a couple holes in folds, an excellent copy overall
