• First Printing [Faber & Faber, London, 1965]; 86, [2 blank] pages; red cloth, gold titling to spine, boards a little faded, gold titling a little dulled, couple signs of handling [pp83], light foxing spots on rear endpapers, an excellent copy; in like, unclipped dustjacket, spine darkened, 1cm divot at base front, top of spine chipped front & rear [impacting the ‘A’]
