• With portrait pasted onto frontispiece & reproduced sketch likewise pasted on pp 60
• Rare posthumous publication of precocious schoolboy works by his friend [C. Todd, Esq., F.R.A.S.]
• Edward Rigby Stephenson came to South Australia with his parents in 1856 [age 9] & began schooling at St Peter’s Collegiate School in Adelaide in November 1862. After a brief illness, he died in May, 1865
